Providing a high level of ingress protection, the X6 is ideal for use in cabling systems such as junctions between IoT devices. The metric sized knockouts provide a quick and simple way of connecting cable glands to the housing, without needing to use a CNC machine. The compact size of the electrical enclosure makes it ideal for M2M, IoT sensors, control equipment, automation or smart devices in multiple industry sectors.
Enclosure sizes range from 110mm x 80mm x 70mm up to 175mm x 127mm x 100mm.
Key features:
- Metric sized knockout points in the sides of the base.
- Allows metric cable glands to be attached for cable/wire entry or electrical conduit.
- Knockouts are easily removed by impact with a flat head screwdriver or ball hammer
- Surface mounted either by screwing down through the lid mounting holes, before attaching the lid or by purchasing the wall mount kits
- IP66/67 and IK08 protection ratings for application environments of medium to high level severity
- Smaller DIN Rail connectors or enclosures can be mounted on rails using the stand-offs
- Strong plastic, captive screws that require less turns than metal screws allows maintenance to be carried out easier
Tested to IP67 and impact resistance to IK08, the X6 series protects your electronics in extreme environments at up to 120°C.
