Crystek Corporation announces a leap forward in their SAW CLOCK family (CCSO-914X).
Previously limited to 1 GHz, the family has been extended to 1.5 GHz, fundamental mode, with no sub-harmonics. The CCSO-914X-1500 achieves a typical phase noise of -132 dBc/Hz and -171 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and 1 MHz offset respectively. When operating with a +5V supply, its output power is +10 dBm.
