ROHM offers a broad lineup of LED drivers, such as AC/DC, DC/AC, and constant current types optimized for a variety of applications, including lighting, backlighting, camera flash, displays, and automotive systems. The features of these LED drivers include AEC-Q100 qualification, LED constant-current architecture, PWM dimming function, LED current de-rating function, LED open detection, short circuit protection, over voltage mute function and the ability to disable LED open detection function at reduced-voltage.
Typical applications can be found in automotive and industrial vehicles and includes LED exterior lamps in rear lamp, turning lamps, fog lamps and also interior applications such as interior lighting lamps and cluster lights.
