TRACO Power’s TSR 1.5 series is a 1.5 Ampere step-down switching regulator and drop in replacement for inefficient LM78xx linear regulators. The TSR 1.5E comes in a compact SIP-3 open frame package, and offers three available output voltages – 3.3, 5.0 and 12VDC. With a full load operation up to 60⁰C ambient temperature, its highly cost efficient design removes the need for any heat sink or forced cooling. TRACO’s TSR 1.5E is especially suited for high volume projects within a broad range of applications and environments.
