As the CNMB is a modular enclosure, multiple parts are required to build up a finished product, based on your unique requirements. These steps have been split into six sections.
The CNMB enclosure is capable of holding PCB’s without the need for screws, by using slots moulded into the enclosure, this is where step one comes in. Step one allows you to select the required position and size of your PCB. There are five potential PCB positions available, three horizontal and two vertical.
Step two requires you to select the size of CNMB, there are eight different lengths available in industry standard sizes. If you have decided on a PCB position and size you will need to select the appropriate CNMB that will fit the choice made in the previous step.
Four different body types are selectable in each size, this is where step three comes in. An option for a standard open top body or solid top body can be chosen. In addition, there is also a vented and extended wall body type. Combinations can be created, depending on their availability and order quantities.
You then need to decide how many termination areas you need. Do you require both sides of the enclosure to be completely open, or just one side? This decision can be made in step four.
Next you need to consider what terminal guards you will need to put into the terminal spaces. There are eight choices to select from, with various perforated and pre drilled options. Make the correct choices here in step five.
Lastly, we have step six. In this area you can choose from a number of covers to fit each body sizes available. Options such as clear, red transparent and solid lids are available in standard flat, curved or hinged variations.
