Luso’s OR-100 is a ±10kV rated HV opto-relay, which integrates low voltage LED drivers with HV photodiodes.
It functions as a low power switch for HV signals up to ±10kV, making it an ideal substitute for bulky mechanical HV relays. Its solid state design eliminates the wear and tear throughout its lifetime and offers quiet, bounce-free, high speed switching.
It is 10kV rated across contacts as well as from contacts to drive pins in a compact 0.40”L x 0.24”W x 0.25”H package.
Designed for ease of use, with a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and including internal current limiting resistors the OR-100 delivers circuit isolation in a space-saving encapsulated package.
Typical applications for the OR-100 include high voltage switching and high voltage isolation.
