Broadest portfolio of TI parts available in stock
Buyers need no reminding that certain parts have been on very long leadtimes – if not full-blown allocation – for some while. This is a situation that has been driven by explosive growth in the automobile and IoT markets, mergers and acquisitions activities, and, in some cases, a reluctance to bring on new manufacturing capability caused by global economic considerations.
Distribution – which should pick up the slack – has not always been able to respond, due mainly to the fact that financially, holding inventory is generally seen as an ‘avoidable expense’. Some of the big, publically-traded distributors have run stocks down, so there simply is not much freely-available inventory in the channel.

LDO: TPS7B6933QDCYRQ1
The TPS7B69xx-Q1 low-dropout linear regulator is designed for up to 40 V VI operations. With only 15-µA (typical) quiescent current at light load, the device is suitable for standby microcontroller systems especially in automotive applications.

The TPS562200 and TPS563200 are simple, easy-to use, 2 A and 3 A synchronous step-down (buck) converters in 6 pin SOT-23 package. The devices are optimized to operate with minimum external component counts and also optimized to achieve low standby current.
Synchronous buck converters: TPS54302DDCT & TPS563200DDCT
The TPS54302 is a 4.5 V to 28 V input voltage range, 3 A synchronous buck converter. It includes two integrated switching FETs, internal loop compensation and 5 ms internal soft start to reduce component count.
The TPS562200 and TPS563200 are easy-touse, 2 A and 3 A synchronous step-down (buck) converters in 6 pin SOT-23 package. The devices are optimized to operate with minimum external component counts and also optimized to achieve low standby current.
Switching regulator: TPS55340RTET
The TPS55340 is a monolithic, non-synchronous, switching regulator with integrated 5-A, 40-V power switch. The device can be configured in several standard switching-regulator topologies, including boost, SEPIC, and isolated flyback.
Analogue Switches: CD74HC4051PWR
The CDx4HC405x and CDx4HCT405x devices are digitally-controlled analogue switches that use achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL with the low-power consumption of standard CMOS.
