Sager Electronics Rolls Out Customer Service Portal

Sager Electronics, a leading North American distributor of Interconnect, Power and Electromechanical components and provider of value-add solutions, announces the roll-out of its customer service portal, MySager Account.

The MySager Account was developed to better support Sager customers requesting enhanced online access to their account. The secure portal offers customers a wealth of account-specific order and quoting information. In addition to improved visibility into past purchase history and enhanced online ordering and quoting capabilities, the MySager Account service portal also offers customers the ability to search for product by their part number, enter orders using payment terms, place backorders, and request partial shipments.

“Our goal was to create the best user experience possible for our customers,” explained Lori Rapoza, Director of Sales Operations for Sager Electronics. She continued, “The MySager Account service portal will provide customers with the visibility and functionality they expect in an online, self-service tool. We’re excited to offer this new service to our customers.”
