Rutronik, a leading global broad-line stocking distributor, has been named one of Germany’s best employers in 2019, according to a survey by market research institute Statista, on behalf of Focus Business magazine. The ranking is based on a survey of more than 140,000 reviews by employees of their companies.
The award winners were determined based on the following criteria: employees’ willingness to recommend their employer to others, as well as ratings from XING, the leading online business network in German-speaking countries, and information from Kununu.com, an online platform for employer reviews and ratings. The previous year’s data was also included with a lower weighting. Overall, Statista gathered a total of 143,500 employee reviews, and on the basis of this study, Rutronik was ranked among the 1,000 best employers in Germany.
Award Validates Rutronik’s Current Strategy
