The Lumileds LUXEON MultiColor Module 0.5W, available from Mouser Electronics, integrates a 3-in-1 RGB LED in a standard 3535 PLCC6 package. The module provides reliable and flexible color options, allowing engineers to control each channel individually or all at once. The module offers high luminous intensity of red light (1,000 mcd), green light (2,300 mcd), and blue light (500 mcd) at 20 mA drive current, with a typical Vf of 2.1 V, 2.8 V, and 3.0 V, respectively.
Providing dominant wavelengths of 625 nm (red), 530 nm (green), and 478 (blue), the compact module features a black matte surface, a flat light-emitting surface, and an IPX8-rated design for a variety of lighting environments.
