Farnell now stocks Analog Devices’ latest ultra-low power, I^2C real time clock


Farnell now offers MAX31331 ultra-low power, real-time clock (RTC) time-keeping device from Analog Devices. The MAX31331 supports a wide range of 32.768kHz crystals and is accessed through an I2C serial interface.

The device consumes nominal 65nA time-keeping current, extending battery life, and is well-suited for battery-powered and portable devices, including, wearables, medical devices, IoT and more. The MAX31331 features several benefits that make it a valuable addition to any system that requires accurate timekeeping. These benefits include:
