The XBZ12A120CR-G is used for constant voltage control of various electronic circuits and as a protective element to protect the IC placed after the electrostatic discharge. Furthermore, the XBZ12A120CR-G is in a compact USP-2B02 package (0.5 x 0.8 x h0.3mm）effectively contributing to smaller device sizes.
These environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
