Power management company Eaton announced the launch of two new Winner™ series polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hoses in the EMEA market. With short lead times across Europe, these cost-effective hoses are designed for demanding applications where temperature and chemical resistance, high flow rates, a low friction coefficient, flexibility and nonaging characteristics are essential.
Available in conductive (EC-TW) or nonconductive (EN-TW) variants, these thin-walled, smooth-bore PTFE hoses are suitable for a wide variety of industries. Offering performance that meets and exceeds SAE 100R14-A/B and SAE J517 standards, the new Winner hoses are ideal for applications like alternative fuels, chemical transfer, electric cooling, engines, fire/rescue air supplies, hot presses, on- and off-highway vehicles, paint spraying and steam.
The new Winner hoses are also qualified with popular Eaton fittings—including E-Series and FC Series(Aeroquip®) crimp fittings. As a result, existing customers can easily switch to the newer and more cost-effective Winner products.

Featuring a 304 stainless steel outer braid and PTFE inner tubing, the new additions to the Winner portfolio can withstand continuous flexing and vibration with low pressure losses. The hoses are rated for continuous temperatures from−54°C to 236°C, as well as working pressures up to 207 bar. In addition, they feature broad chemical resistance, high flow rates with a low friction coefficient, strong aging resistance in application and an unlimited shelf life without becoming brittle or flaking.
