The new franchise agreement with EMCA electromechanical components GmbH will enable NYKCS to distribute the full range of VG approved products. This includes backshells, protection caps, dummy receptacles, conductive gaskets, O-rings and other custom assemblies.
Based in Leingarten, Germany, EMCA are a VG qualified company that manufactures accessories for a wide range of connector types to mil-spec and German military VG standards such as MIL-DTL-38999, 26482, 83723 and VG95328, 95234, 96912. Other standards are also supported including JN1003, CECC75-201-002 and many more.
The impressive range of backshells are available in materials such as Aluminium, Marine Nickel Aluminium Bronze and Stainless Steel, with a selection of plating finishes including Electroless Nickel, Cadmium Olive Drab and Zinc Nickel Passivation. EMCA’s unique VG 95319-1011 approved high-performance Hybrid plating finish is also available. This is both ROHS and REACH compliant and fully compatible with other plating finishes.
