Multiband GNSS/GPS/SBAS/IRNSS/L1/L2/L5 ceramic patch antenna by 2J Antennas

The company 2J Antennas has designed and introduced to the market an antenna for high-precision and autonomous multiband applications, providing reliability, greater bandwidth, and high gain through the integration of L1, L2, and L5 bands.

The antenna 2JM3201C5F offers reception on GNSS that caters to GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, IRNSS, and SBAS navigational technologies. The L5 band is currently the most advanced GNSS signal on the market, offering users worldwide military-grade GPS accuracy and enabling the use of dead reckoning (DR) processes.

The combination of precise point positioning (PPP) of L1, L2, and L5 bands with the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) makes this antenna the #1 choice for GIS geodetic surveys where high-precision operations are required.

2JM3201C5F is also available in the form of a dual-band L1L2 and L1L5 active ceramic patch.

This antenna operates on single-power-supply technology. With low power consumption and a wide voltage range, 2JM3201C5F is the perfect choice for various applications.

Typical applications are found in the following areas:

  • Aviation Safety
  • Safety-Critical Systems & Transportation
  • Autonomous Vehicles
  • Agriculture
  • Navigation

Description and key features of 2JM3201C5F

2JM3201C5F has high efficiency within the frequency bands of 1561 – 1606 MHz (L1), 1227 MHz (L2), and 1176 MHz (L5) with an active GNSS gain of 28 dB. It is resistant to interference due to low noise values. It has a high-rejection pre-filter, effectively preventing connection interruptions when receivers operate in complex electromagnetic environments, such as communication base station applications or urban areas.

It provides real-time error corrections while maintaining centimeter-level accuracy in position data throughput when passing through solid objects or areas with high structures. This antenna uses right-hand circular polarization (RHCP), making it perfect for suppressing signal reflections and interference, thereby improving the intensity of the useful signal. 2JM3201C5F offers low noise values of 1.6 dB at 3 V, with ESD protection of 2 kV.

This antenna is also available in other configurations, including RTK/L1L2 (2JM3201C2F) and IRNSS/L1L5 (2JM3201C3F).
