Crystek’s CVCO55CCQ-1620-1620 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 1620 MHz with acontrol voltage range of 1.0V~11V. This VCO features a typical phasenoise of -125 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity.
