CEO Don Akery Attends Regional Competition to Support Future STEAM Leaders
Waldom Electronics is proud to sponsor the official robotics team of Miami Beach Senior High School — FIRST Robotics Team 7652, the Miami Beach Bots — as part of our commitment to supporting youth education and innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM).
Last month, the Miami Beach Bots competed in a regional robotics competition, showcasing the creativity, technical skill, and teamwork that define the spirit of the Miami Beach Bots. Waldom Electronics’ CEO, Don Akery, attended the event to support the team and witness firsthand the impact of STEAM education in action.

Founded with the mission to build a community of students passionate about STEAM, the Miami Beach Bots help students develop not only technical and mechanical skills, but also leadership, initiative, and creative thinking — all essential for future innovators.
