The Wize 169MHz LPWAN technology supported by a brand new RF Module from Radiocrafts
The 169 MHz network solution from the Wize Alliance is the ideal solution for users who are looking for a Wireless Access Network (WAN) reaching devices that are “hard-to-reach”, i.e. a device far away and out of the line of sight. The reach of the new RC1701HP-WIZE module is 3.5km tested in an urban environment in Oslo, Norway. See application note AN021 that is available from our website.
The Wize solution has evolved from networks for gas- and water-meters, equipment that is located in really tough locations. 169 MHz has proven over and over again that it the ideal technology for such “hard-to-reach” devices.
Radiocrafts has been deeply involved in developing the Wize technology and is proud to announce the RC1701HP-WIZE RF module, the worlds first standard Wize RF module.
Radiocrafts will showcase RC1701HP-WIZE module in the Wize Alliance booth in the IoT World Congress in Barcelona Oct 16-18 and he Wize Hackathon on Oct 17 in the IoT World Congress will be using RF modules from Radiocrafts.
