Quell Corporation’s EESeal® connector inserts provide EMI/RFI protection specific to customer products and applications. EESeal® EMI Filter inserts (and Transient Suppressors) for connectors are installed/retrofitted into the connector using just a fingertip – easy and fast compared to bulky adapters, filtered connectors and other traditional devices. Manufactured from durable silicone rubber, the patented construction of EESeals allows them to survive even extreme environments.
A wide variety of SMD components (capacitors, resistors, MOV’s, TVS’s and more) can be selected to meet application-exact requirements. EESeals can have components connected pin to pin, pin to shell, shorts, opens, etc. and every pin can have a different individual treatment. Quell engineers are happy to work with customers to maximise application performance and solve EMI and transient protection problems and can usually design, build and ship custom samples within 2-3 days. Quell EESeal® inserts are manufactured for a wide range of military-spec, commercial and custom connectors, including MIL-C-38999, MIL-C-26482, MIL-C-5015, MILC-83723, ARINC, Lemo, MDM, D-Subminiature and custom connectors.
