This highly integrated upconverter supports high-throughput satellite or point-to-point microwave communications by converting lower input frequencies to the Ka-band. It saves size and power by integrating a mixer, frequency doubler, automatic gain control (AGC), voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a synthesizer and driver amplifier. • Qorvo QPF4800 Dual-Band Front End Module (FEM):
Qorvo’s highly integrated Wi-Fi 6 FEM is ideal for a range of applications including wireless routers, access points, set-top boxes, and residential gateways.
