CUI Inc. has released the AE series of DC/DC converters that come with options for board, chassis or DIN-rail mountable versions. They each have an extra-wide 10:1 input voltage range and voltages up to 1500VDC. These converters provide output over-voltage protection, short circuit protection with automatic recovery and over-current protection.
The modules are offered in 5W, 10W, 15W and 40W models covering a voltage output range of 5VDC to 24VDC. These units have been designed for use in solar installations, wind farms, industrial infrastructure, battery management and other alternative energy applications.
