Overview
To engage emerging product designs the NURC series of USB Type C Connectors have been added to NIC’s lineup of performance passives complementing both the NUCA series of USB cable assemblies and NIC’s globally recognized portfolio of passive components.
The NURC series’ focus on USB 3.1 is ideal for replacing multiple legacy data interfaces (i.e. HDMI and ethernet) and applications such as hand-held devices, data storage, and display & multimedia.
The series starts with 3 standard receptacles. All support USB 3.1 with speeds up to 10Gb/s, 5A max. power supplies and 24 pin construction. 2 mid-mount SMT options are available with a board edge option along with a top mount hybrid (SMT + PTH) construction.
The NURC Series is RoHS Compliant without exemptions, REACH SVHC 181 compliant and are available halogen free.
